Where has the last 11 weeks gone?

So the triplets will be 11 weeks old this Thursday. I can't believe it because the first 8 weeks were pretty much a blur. Luckily I am finally coming out of the fog and am beginning to see clearly again. Sleep is still pretty much hard to come by but Ben and I have come up with a good system and we are making it work. The babies are growing like weeds and are getting so big. Sara is still are tiny one but I think she is just going to be very petite. She is still the little princess but is definitely crying less than she was. She use to cry at every single diaper change like we were hurting her. That little frown of hers still cracks me up because it is just so stinkin cute. Leah is still our easy child and holds up to the name "Laid back Leah". She is very serious and pretty much only cries when she has a dirty diaper or is hungry. I thank her daily for taking it easy on me. I think she could easily be sleeping through the night now but I just go ahead and still feed her at 4am when the other two are crying to eat. Benjamin is mommy's little boy and is already wrapped around my finger. He isn't as laid back as Leah but isn't as temperamental as Sara. He gives me a ton of smiles and HATES to be naked (isn't that strange for a boy?). Emily is being a great big sister and is adjusting as well as she can. She is great with the babies and loves helping me. She is 2 1/2 though and has become quite sassy. Each month she is getting a little more defiant and a little more dramatic.... I guess I better get use to it seeing as I will be dealing with the drama of three girls. Oh boy....pray for us. :)
I am on the ball with Christmas decorations this year and had everything done and decorated by the weekend before Thanksgiving. I spread it out over a weeks time and just did what I could and it worked out well. I love Christmas and decorating for it. It is getting even more fun now that Emily is getting older. She has been running around the house for the last week singing, "Jingle Bells" and "Santa Claus is coming to Town". It is so cute. While I am ahead of the game in decorating, I haven't even begun shopping for Christmas. I have no idea what Santa is even going to bring Emily. Ben wants to get her this big dollhouse but I am not so sure... I have never been on the ball with Christmas shopping. I hate the crowds, really. That's our update for now. Hope all is well with all of you!

Oh this brings back so many memories of last Christmas! Our trips were the same age last year this time. You are amazing to have your decorations up already, but I think God gives us "trip" Moms bursts of superpowers here and there. Just to amaze the "normal" population!
Merry Christmas!
