30 week appointment

I had my appointment with the specialist (perinatologist) today. Babies all look fantastic and I even got to see them all practicing their breathing! My blood pressure was good and my cervix is a little shorter (down from 4.5cm to 3.7cm) but still looks "wonderful" in the doctor's words. I will start being seen weekly by them now and then eventually they will see me twice a week.

I know I say this every week but I can't believe I am 3o weeks already! They will be here for sure in just 5 short weeks from tomorrow. WOW- my life will never be the same! :) Some moments (like when I can't sleep or when it is so painful to just turn over in the bed), I am just so ready for this to be over with and then other times I am so NOT ready for the time to be here. It is such a roller coaster of emotions to say the least! Well, I am worn out from my big outing to the doctor so I am going to change into some comfy clothes and hang with my sweet Emily now. Have a great rest of the week and stay cool (Dang, it's hot out there!).
